After an initial conversation, we determine which photographers are available for the event date, and of those, which are best suited for the event. We then email online links to the work by these photographers, with a brief description of each.
We send two or three links, so our clients get a good selection without being overwhelmed by too many choices.
Once a photographer is chosen, we arrange a meeting, so the client can evaluate the chemistry and decide if that photographer is right for the job. We take care of all production details, so there are no surprises on the event date.
